Founded in 2007, the OPEN Foundation is the leading non-profit organization in the Netherlands and Europe focused on advancing psychedelic science and therapies. OPEN is looking for a Financial Administrator with experience in a financial administrative role in a Dutch organization. Do you speak both English and Dutch fluently? As a Financial Administrator, you will be the financial processing agent of our organization, responsible for accounting, invoicing, and other administrative tasks. You will play a key role in preparing the annual financial report, which is made public every year as a Foundation with ANBI status. You will report directly to the Operational Director, assisting with forecasting and budgeting. When you join the OPEN Foundation, you will have a significant role in digitizing all financial processes. You will have considerable influence in designing these processes and systems, enabling the organization to grow and develop in the coming years. Depending on your experience, you may perform these activities independently or with the assistance of external financial advisors.
Requirements: Experience: 1-5 years in a financial administrative role. Languages: Command of Dutch and English. Knowledge: Familiarity with Dutch laws and regulations.
