This is a new position and the person selected for this role must live in the Dallas or Houston areas. It will be considered hybrid with travel required to all new and existing locations in Texas and Colorado.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the project planning and execution of opening new Klarisana clinics, along with managing ad hoc projects. This role includes coordinating with various departments, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining company standards during the launch process. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Operations (DO) to ensure smooth operations and successful clinic launches. This position requires high organizational skills and ensures project milestones are achieved, resources are managed efficiently, and that each new clinic launch meets operational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or a related field
- PMP certification preferred
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, real estate, or clinical settings
- Experience in real estate contracting or development is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets for project planning
