OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to the clinic by assisting the Practice Manager and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office or GSuite
  • Deescalation skills preferred
